Roda de Berà is preparing to remember the values of the Second Republic with an event that will combine commemoration, popular culture, and music. The Associació Republicana Roda de Berà, with the collaboration of Ateneu Rodenc and other entities, has organized a day that will take place in the Plaça de l'Ajuntament.

📝 The day will include the reading of a manifesto focusing on the youth who fought for freedom, a game of Catalan skittles (bitlles catalanes) as a tool for cultural cohesion and resistance, and a signature collection to remove the name of the emeritus king from the municipal nomenclature. The event will conclude with a popular vermouth enlivened by live music from the local group Vespre.
